What is waiting for you in this retreat is a week long retreat put together with love and care by Selina and Anja, both passionate Yoga teachers RYT 500.

This Retreat focuses on a holistic approach to Yoga. Offer yourself time with yourSelf, deepen your meditation- and yoga-practice and bring about more balance and centring in your whole being.

12-1:30pm    Inspiring & transformative self-development Workshops  (only on 2 or 3 days)

Review about the Ibiza Yoga Retreat 2019

Duration arrival and departure

The retreat begins on Saturday the 25th of July 2020 and ends on Saturday the 1st August 2020.

8 days and 7 nights of Yoga and mindfulness.

 

Arrival: Saturday 25th July from 2pm on. We start with an opening Circle at 5pm followed by a yoga class. Note that the airport is 30min drive away.

Retreat: 26. - 31. July, program as scheduled.

Departure: Saturday 1st of August after a last Yoga class and a healthy Brunch. Departure around Noon.

Anja is a registered yoga teacher with a E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance certification who has been practicing and studying yoga around the world. 

Gentle and kind, yet strong and passionate – these words describe Anja’s nature, her classes, and the way she relates to people. Anja is an authentic yoga teacher, with a calming and nurturing energy, who expresses her creativity and compassion in her classes.

Anja is passionate about inspiring and helping others to follow their hearts and find their true passion in life. Anja’s slow flow Vinyasa classes nourish the body, mind, and soul. She skillfully translates the ancient knowledge of Hatha Yoga to modern practice. Anja is adept at elevating her students’ spiritual awareness, and her personal goal is to inspire and make practitioners feel happier.

She starts her classes by guiding students through gentle pranayama and meditation so that they may transition to the present moment. Dynamic and energizing sequences are followed by conscious and grounding asana whilst keeping a balance between flexibility and strength, freedom and stability, flow and static, and yin and yang. Anja loves to weave storytelling and alignment onto her yoga teaching.

It`s only with the heart that we can see clearly.

Selina is an Internationally Certified Yoga teacher with over 800h of training in Yoga. She brings her combined knowledge of Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, Massage and Dance into her unique style of teaching. Selina’s teaching style is calm yet energising, she focuses on the awareness of breath in order to stay present, and to connect deeply with your own personal rhythm. Using pranayama, meditation and asana sequencing, while incorporating the importance of postural alignment to facilitate a holistic practice for your entire being.

Selina supports you on your way to reconnect with your heart and inner guidance and to inspire you to follow your true passions in life. Therefore she is continuously looking for ways that allow us to listen deeper to ourselves and empower people to trust their intuition, expand and grow on their individual path, as she embraces her own spiritual journey, learning everyday to live from a deeper place of love.

Anja truly, truly has a gift. She has such a calming, relaxing, genuine, positive energy. She honestly is one of my favorite yoga teachers I've ever had! Not only do her classes physically build strength and flexibility, but they also focus on the spiritual side of yoga through her breathing exercises and meditation. She creates the perfect environment for her classes- knowing when to play music vs. have silence, adjusting the exercises according to the energy of her class, and knowing when to guide her students vs. let them have their own moment. With the help of her soothing presence, her students are able to deeply connect not only with yoga, but with themselves. And that is special.
